The project faced many logistical issues from the start with restricted access making delivery of materials to site challenging. In addition, our need to proceed with the project without causing unacceptable levels of interruption to staff occupying the remaining floors of the building, could have caused serious delays.

The project involved the complete refurbishment of two floors of Telecom House in Preston Road, Brighton for Logan Construction, a family run business which manages projects for clients in the public and private sectors throughout London and the South East.
The new spaces we were instructed to work on were situated over two floors of an existing five storey office building. We provided cutting edge design, and installed high performance products which were specifically chosen to create a greater working environment for staff and visitors alike.
Logan employed our services for dry lining and acoustic ceilings for this fast track project which involved close liaison with M&E Trades to ensure that the delivery was on time, on budget and to a high standard.
