Parker Ceilings install new ceilings at Sussex junior school
Hankham Primary School is situated in a delightful rural setting close to Eastbourne and Hailsham. The school, which first opened in 1879, continues to preserve the best traditions of a small village primary school whilst providing a carefully planned curriculum essential for the 146 pupils aged 4 to 11 years currently on its roll. When MacConvilles, the Project Managers appointed by East Sussex County Council in conjunction with Baxall Construction, were asked to replace a number of temporary classrooms with new purpose built facilities including classrooms and a new Hall, they brought in Parker Ceilings to install new ceilings which, we hope, will see the school through it’s next 136 years.
It has been a breath of fresh air for me to use what is, to me, a new contractor in yourselves. The school are over the moon with the works that have been completed. This would not have been achieved without your efforts in accommodating the rather restrictive timetable.
